This paper focuses on how to scale agile solution delivery strategies. We begin with an overview of how to go about scaling agile delivery. We show how agile methods such as Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Agile Modeling (AM), and others provide the process building blocks from which an overall agile delivery process can be tailored to meet your needs. We then overview the Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) framework, describing how it does the “heavy lifting” regarding putting together all of these process building blocks in a coherent manner.
